Update your account email address
Your PicMonkey account email address can only be changed from a web browser. It cannot be changed from the PicMonkey mobile app.
Only one email address can be associated with a PicMonkey account. The new email address must not already be registered to another PicMonkey account.
Log in to PicMonkey from a web browser.
Click your username in the top-right corner and select Manage My Account.
Update the email address associated with your account.
Save your changes.
If you're trying to change your email address to one that is already registered with PicMonkey, please contact our Support team for assistance.
Your updated email address will be used for account-related communications and, if applicable, Magic Link or password-reset emails.
Change your password
On a web browser
Click your username in the top-right corner and select Manage My Account.
Click Change password at the bottom of the page.
Enter your new password and click Save.
In the Android app
You can also change your password directly in the PicMonkey Android app:
Open the PicMonkey app and sign in.
Tap the person icon.
Tap My Account.
Tap Change password.
Enter your new password and save your changes.
In the iOS app
Password-based login is not available in the PicMonkey iOS app due to Apple's requirements. If you're using PicMonkey on an iPhone, you can sign in using a supported social authentication method or Magic Link.
If you need to change your password, use PicMonkey from a web browser.
Forgot your password?
If you can't remember your password, select Forgot your password? on the PicMonkey login page.
We'll send a password-reset link to the email address associated with your account. Please allow 5–10 minutes for the email to arrive, and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
Use social authentication for a more secure sign-in
For a more secure and convenient way to access your PicMonkey account, we recommend setting up social authentication.
Social authentication allows you to sign in using a connected Google, Facebook, or Apple account instead of entering your PicMonkey email and password or using a Magic Link. It also means you don't need to remember a separate PicMonkey password.
You can set up social authentication from your PicMonkey account settings. Once connected, you'll be able to choose your preferred social sign-in option when accessing PicMonkey.
We recommend social authentication as the preferred method of accessing your PicMonkey account, particularly on mobile. It provides a secure and convenient alternative to entering an email address and password.
Tip: If you don't want to use Magic Link each time you sign in on iOS, set up Google, Facebook, or Apple authentication on your PicMonkey account. You can then use your connected account to sign in.
Still having trouble signing in?
If your email address and password are correct but you're still unable to sign in, contact our Support team and we'll be happy to help.
