PicMonkey subscriptions and trials automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancel a Subscription or Trial on PicMonkey.com
If you started your subscription or trial through PicMonkey.com:
Sign in to your PicMonkey account.
Click your name in the top-right corner and select Manage Your Account.
Select Billing.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
This applies to both paid subscriptions and trials started through PicMonkey.com.
Cancel a Subscription Purchased Through Google Play
If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel through your Google Play account:
Open Google Play.
Go to Subscriptions.
Select PicMonkey.
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Cancel a Subscription Purchased Through Apple
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through your Apple account:
Open your iPhone's Settings.
Tap your Apple ID and select Subscriptions.
Select PicMonkey.
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
How to Confirm Your Subscription Is Canceled
For subscriptions managed through PicMonkey.com, go to Manage Your Account > Billing. If you see Renew Subscription instead of Cancel Subscription, your subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.
For subscriptions managed through Google Play or Apple, check your subscriptions in the applicable app store to confirm the cancellation.
Important Information
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Canceling on the renewal date may still result in a charge if payment processing has already begun.
Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
Your paid subscription or trial remains active through the end of the current period after cancellation.
If you do not use PicMonkey during your trial or paid subscription period, charges still apply unless you cancel before the renewal date.
