PicMonkey offers Basic, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Basic and Pro are available with monthly or annual billing, while Business is billed annually.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, but you must make the change through the same platform where you originally purchased your subscription.
If You Purchased on PicMonkey.com
Sign in to your PicMonkey account.
Go to Manage Your Account > Billing.
Click Change Plan.
Select the plan and billing schedule you want and follow the prompts.
Upgrading: If you upgrade from Basic to Pro, you'll be charged a prorated amount immediately based on the remaining time on your current Basic subscription.
Downgrading: If you downgrade from Pro to Basic, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If You Purchased Through the Mobile App
Open the PicMonkey app and tap the person icon in the top-left corner to open Settings, then select Subscription. You'll be directed to the platform where your subscription is managed:
iOS: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you'll be directed to the App Store to manage your subscription.
Android: If you subscribed through Google Play, you'll be directed to the Google Play Store to manage your subscription.
Follow the prompts provided by Apple or Google Play to change your subscription.
Important: Downgrading from Pro to Basic
Basic includes 1 GB of Hub storage. If you have more than 1 GB of images stored in Hub when you downgrade, you'll be prompted to manage your storage.
You can download or delete images you want to keep. Images beyond the 1 GB limit may be archived, but can become accessible again if you upgrade to Pro in the future.
If you cancel your PicMonkey account entirely, you will no longer have access to your Hub images.
