If you’re in the EEA
Go to Account Settings.
Click Delete Account, confirm, and we’ll erase your profile, personal data, and saved files.
The only things we’ll keep are anonymous system logs and any payment records we legally must, for tax or security reasons, and only for as long as the law requires. We’ll never use those for marketing.
If you’re outside the EEA
Send us a message via our Messenger app with your deletion request.
Once we’ve verified it’s you, we’ll delete your account data and files.
Just like for EEA users, we only hang on to anonymous logs and any necessary payment info for the shortest time allowed by law, and never for commercial use.
