Why Am I Seeing a Charge from PicMonkey?

PicMonkey charge help: Explains trial ends, renewals, shared use, and old invoice notices.

Updated over a month ago

If you notice an unexpected charge from PicMonkey, it’s usually due to one of the following:

Common Reasons:

  • Trial Ended: Your 7-day free trial automatically converted into a paid subscription.

  • Renewal Charge: Your monthly or annual subscription renewed for a new term.

  • Shared Account: A family member or someone with access to your payment method may have signed up for PicMonkey.

About October 2020 Charges:

We switched to a new payment processor in October 2020. If you see an invoice with $0 listed as paid, it’s just an internal credit note for setup purposes—not an actual charge. It won’t appear on your bank or card statement.
