We had an issue affecting Chromebooks that has been fixed. If you are still experiencing crashing please clear your browser cache and your Flash "shared objects".
If you need help clearing your cache see:
To clear your Shared Objects:
1. Open the Flash Settings Manager
2. Click the "Delete All Sites" button.
3. Restart your browser and try again.
The link above opens a tool that looks like a website but it is actually managing the Flash cookies on your system. Deleting all sites just clears the Flash cache and won't harm anything.
