Control the size of your images when opening them in the editor

The largest sized photo PicMonkey.com can handle is 16 megapixels.

The default image settings reduce larger images to 7 megapixels when you open them in the editor. 7 megapixels is overkill for most things online, however if you are planning on printing you might want more and if overkill ain't your thing, you might always want less.

For one off "hey, I wan't this one big" jobs just click the undo button when the image is first loaded into the editor. If we've downsized your image this will restore it up to 16 megapixels.

For a more permanent change click the gear icon at the top of the editor. Choose Jack for smaller and more reasonably sized images if you typically just post them online, or King Kong to alway keep the hugest files possible.
