Why is there a charge on my card?

It is a monthly or annual charge for a PicMonkey membership.

Who is PicMonkey? We're an online photo-editor based in Seattle. We've been live for about three years now, several of us with backgrounds at Picnik.com, Google, Microsoft and Expedia.

Why are you charging us? This is a recurring charge for a PicMonkey membership, either monthly or annual renewal.

Doesn’t ring a bell? If the name PicMonkey doesn't ring a bell, we recommend you ask around the house. Our most common case is that someone else in the family signing up for our product with your card.

Can I get an receipt for the charges? We'd be happy to send you one, please submit a billing support request and provide the last 4 digits of your card and your credit card expiration date.

How do I cancel my account? From your Account page, you can cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click the “Account” tab, and click the Cancel link. Once you’ve cancelled, you won’t be charged again and can use the remainder of the membership.

Can I get a refund? Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-ins, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done.
