Why can’t I see my fonts under the “Yours” tab?
Hide Language Fonts
Uncheck the box at the bottom of the “Yours” tab that’s labeled “Hide language fonts."
Recent Font Download
Did you just download the font? If so, please make sure that you’ve also installed the font. This small step is often overlooked! Depending on your operating system, you should be able to open the font file, right click on the font name, and select “Install."
Private/Incognito Browsing
Are you in a private/incognito window by any chance? If so, it may impede the font extensions from loading. Try opening PicMonkey in a regular browser to see the “Yours” font tab in full action.
Font Hoarding
If you have a ton of fonts installed in your computer, PicMonkey/Flash may have trouble loading them all. If you use a font management tool, make sure only the fonts you want to use are enabled. If you still run into problems, use this link to disable the new fonts feature altogether while we continue to resolve the issue:
Next Steps
If you still continue to have problems after all that, please try the following:
1. Clear your browser cache.

2. Try clearing your Flash Website Storage.
This storage contains cached resources for Flash called 'shared objects'. They aren't deleted when you clear your browser's cache so you must delete them manually. To do so:

3. Restart your computer.
