Why can’t I see my fonts when I open the text tool?
We’d like to answer your question with a question, and it is this: Did you just download the font(s) you’d like to use? If so, restart your browser, as it probably just needs a good kick in the pants.
If that still doesn’t do the trick, the fix could be as simple as unchecking a box. Once you open the text tool, click on the “Yours” tab and scroll down to the bottom of the list, where you’ll find a box that says, “Hide language fonts”. Uncheck that box. Even if your font isn’t a language font, it may have gotten caught in our sometimes overactive filter.
If neither of those work, and if you’re a designer stud with a penchant for more fonts than you know what to do with, it’s possible your fonts are still hanging out in your font management tool. Please peruse said tool and make sure your fonts of choice are enabled.
If after trying these you continue to have problems, let us know! The more details you’re able to provide, the faster we can work out the kinks on this newly released feature. And, if you happen to use a font management tool, please tell us all about it! You can contact us here: http://www.picmonkey.com/help/support/new
